Not only the most knowledgeable, but an all-around friendly guy as well! But TRENT is my go-to guy whenever I need anything. He's technically in sales but pays attention whenever we have a service call and follows up to make sure we're taken care of. Thank you, Function-4, for taking good care of us for so long!

From the moment we call and the service rep answers, they are always attentive and responsive to our needs of supplies. As for the technicians, Harold is one of the finest techs function 4 employs. Extremely knowledgeable on the copy machines and very efficient in getting it back to working order. Five stars is not enough to really rate how valuable Harold and the rest of the function4 staff are to our PostNet store. Keep up the good work!!

Our regular tech is Jeff Guenther and he is a true asset to the company. Jeff keeps me informed about his status and arrival time. He is always nice to talk to and does his job very well. Our sales rep Jack is easy to reach and takes good care of our account. -

Our rep, Trent, checks up on us, remembers and follows up on any previous concerns/issues, and is always ready to go above and beyond to get us the help we need, when we need it, even when the issues have been on our end or third parties. If you are just looking for a good price on quality equipment, you'll find them hard to beat in that area alone. If on top of that you are looking for a team that will have your back with a passionate concern for your overall success, I can't recommend them enough.
