    Emergency… water leak coming from attic. HVAC system. Albert assessed problem, fixed it and solved the problem. Albert also checked his project to make sure their would be no further issues with the system. So grateful! Thank you!

    This company is ALWAYS on time! Since we were cold and our furnace had frozen lines, their promptness was greatly appreciated. There were some complications, but Zach was able to find and fix the immediate problems. The company will send people tomorrow to follow up to prevent a reoccurrence. Our furnace is in an unheated garage so negative temperatures had caused water to accumulate and freeze.

    Called to say they were on the way for scheduled appointment. Technician, Steven, called to let us know exactly what was going on with the water heater and options to correct the problem. He relit the pilot light and made sure it remained lit for a cycle. Since the unit is 11 years old, we will probably replace it soon. He also checked a minor leak in the kitchen sink upstairs while there. He sent a detailed invoice and description of pleasant and knowledgeable.
