(April 14, 2023, 10:54 am)Nice clean gym close to home so it’s easy to get a quick workout in. They have plenty of space and equipment but some equipment is worn/old and doesn’t work that great. The 5am work crew is awesome- always happy and positive energy! They also offer group clases (yoga, cycling, Zumba and cycle) but I haven’t been able to make a class. Overall, it’s a good spot and happy with my experiences so far.

(April 13, 2023, 12:25 pm)A whole new vibe. The change has been amazing to experience. The equipment gives a gritty feeling yet the atmosphere is so modern. They have snacks as well and massage chairs. Classes have started up which is AMAZING and it’s a shining beacon at night time that you can’t miss. I’d definitely get a membership there and the pricing is so affordable right now. Best wishes and all the success.
