Easy to purchase tickets and friendly staff. Bus drivers are professional + take the initiative to ensure a safe, timely drive. Buses are very clean and proper Covid precautions were taken and also enforced. I would definitely use this service again to go to the casino and also recommend.

Located in Plaza Americas in the rear of the building. If you are looking at the parking garage on the right hand side, drive towards the right hand side and drive along the parking garage, take a left at the stop sign at the end of the parking garage and you will see an entrance on the left hand side. Park and you will go through the glass door, the ticket office is on the left hand side. You purchase the tickets at the counter, they take cash only. An ATM is on site so if you need cash you can grab some. Remember to bring your player's card from the casino because you will get a 5$ discount off the ticket. Additionally, each round trip ticket includes either a 10$ meal voucher or 5$ game voucher to use at the casino. You will book your return trip at the arrival site. They also make you choose your seats when you pay so you can be spaced out on the bus.

Every moment was a positive experience!!! I felt really safe with our bus driver. Normally I don't nap, however I felt very confident in our driver and I slept all the way back from L'auberge. I read alot of bad reviews that are pre covid-19 and well I can say for myself I didn't experience nothing that was stated!!! Thank you bus driver of 937 on 7/24/21 you made our experience worthwhile!!!❤❤❤❤
