Houston Water Heaters did a great job. I'm very happy with their installation of my new water heater. There were things that needed changed out such as a valve and the pan underneath, and they did that and more without an increase in the price that I was quoted over the phone. Houston Water Heaters has a great reputation and there is good reason for it. Their quality of product, installation, service, and ease of manner in the way they treat customers are just some of the reasons. They can be trusted. These guys make me proud to be American!

They were wonderful! They were available the same day to replace my water heater. Great job with Installation, very good quality equipment (with warranty) and very professional. They also did a nice job protecting our home while they worked and... cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

We're a commercial facility in dire need of a new water heater to avoid down time. Steve got back to me within the hour, knew exactly what we needed and had the guys out much quicker than I could have imagined.

The crew, David and Luis were awesome. I've been in the contractor business for quite some time, and if I had crews as professional and as knowledgeable as these two gentlemen, I would have not loss any nights of sleep worrying about projects.

Called them in the morning and they replaced my water heater located in upstairs attic later that same day. Provided a quote over the phone which is what they charged upon completion, their price was $500 less than ARS from home depot and this included the new heater along with labor, all brand new water connections, pan, and a leak alarm. The two Plumbers (David and Luis) they sent out were extremely professional and friendly, explained possible attic ventilation issues, and showed me how to relight pilot if it goes out. Will definitely be referring to family and friends this company was a pleasure to deal with.
