Infinite Fitness

Over 10 years ago, I decided to start a fitness program and joined the Infinite Fitness Boot Camp. Weak and "out of shape", Coach Cal started me out slowly, but never hesitated to push me further than I thought possible. He ended each session with a prayer and I knew at that point that I was aligned with the best trainer for me.
Soon, I started individual training and continued to get stronger. I honestly believe that my life has been extended as a result of the training that I receive from Coach Calvin Lawson @ Infinite Fitness. His dedication and genuine care for his clients is UNMATCHED.

Coach cal accommodates to every aspect a client needs for new life change. I thought I was signing up for just a personal trainer but his philosophy and passion for fitness is a clear sign that he does much more than create programming. Genetically, I’m a larger woman with goals of fat loss and muscle tone for my specific body type and his explanation of nutrition and exercise is something I will take with me forever. Our 1:1 sessions have been helping me reach consistent results while not getting burnt out mentally. Calvin is very patient yet motivating which separates him from other businesses. I have had many personal trainers before Calvin but his expertise SHOWS as soon as you walk into his gym. I feel stronger physically AND mentally, which is not something every personal trainer can help you with. Consistency is the key and Calvin is the locksmith!

Coach Cal is exceptional and warm with his presence not only with my son but within the Stafford community. I even more appreciative because he was able to be an additional male "real model" while I was away for military training. He provides effective communication and I trust him with my son and his athletic skills enhancement. All in all, I'm forever grateful for Coach Cal and excited for what's to come in 2023!! Sports and fitness have always been instrumental forces in my life...from playing softball, to track and field in grade school, to band in high school, and now an Infinite Fitness athlete. Coach Cal has shown me that fitness = longevity! His professionalism, knowledge, and experience has been a true blessing for both myself and my daughter!
