Leroy is a great trainer, he tailors his program to all different experiences and is really attentive to everyone who goes. The equipment there is all really new and there is plenty of space to do all sorts of different activities. Really would recommend!!!

(November 26, 2022, 8:33 am)I visited Total Performance Fitness the day after Thanksgiving and it was the perfect place to work off that Thanksgiving meal from the day before! I was greeted by Mr. Franklin himself when I walked in and he was very helpful in showing me all that this place had to offer! It has literally anything you need to have a great workout and I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in town!

(November 19, 2022, 11:44 am)This a one stop shop. Not only it's a gym but they have a massage therapist, stretch therapist, IV lounge, Nutritionist, and so much more. Leroy is a great person. From regular people to Olympians are always coming here. This is the place to be!

He creates and modifies workouts to each and every clients needs. Each workout will leave you feeling sore and reeling for more! This facility is top notched equipped with any and everything that you would need! Would highly recommend working out here!

He helped me get through a pregnancy by staying fit and helped me in those months after having both of my children. More importantly, I love what he’s done with Total Performance Fitness. Every time I go work out it’s a challenge, but I continue to get stronger. Definitely come to TPF.
