Jiffy Lube

Staff was very friendly, waiting area was nice and clean and I felt they did a great job. I did have a minor issue. I was told both my wipers needed replaced so I ask how much for the pair, he gave me 3 different prices so I choose the highest quality ones. Turned out at check out the manager had heard the prices given to me and they were wrong. The real price was just over double, instead of charging me and giving me sticker shock he told me I wasn’t even the right price so he took care of me by only charging me for the cheaper one and giving me the other for free. So that worked out nice

My second time getting a inspection at this Telge location, and these young men really are polite and helpful. I think the Tech was David, he was very kind, and helpful he was quick to take the car and get it inspected. The assistant manager Anthony C. Was very polite and helpful, I had lots of questions about a future oil change for my car the guy took his time answering all my questions and gave me the information I need to look over and contact the store before coming in. These guys really like to help people, the crew here had always been upfront and honest, I will be returning here again. Thanks

This was the nicest Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to. The service was outstanding. Trevor and crew did an awesome job taking care of my work truck, quickly changing the oil and windshield wipers and even cleaning all the windows. I will definitely be back!

Went to Telge location, very conveniently located. Had a few minutes in my schedule and needed to get my truck inspected for State registration. They quickly completed the inspection and evaluated other liquid levels finding coolant to be low. They then refilled at reasonable price and had me on my way in about 20 min.

They fixed my issue, and did a great job. ( Ended up only being a Spark plug replacement). They were straight forward and honest about the issue my vehicle had, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything else. They gave me a best case scenario quote and worst case, and ended up being just being the first option of only spark plugs. The guy I spoke to was very knowledgeable.

Update:
Went in again for a few other issues my car was having, (headlights and radiator flush), they took great care of my car and the manager Christian made the experience amazing.
While I was waiting in the lobby, another customer said that they didn’t have enough oil for his oil change, and they actually sent one of the drivers out to pick up more from another location. They will get the job done!
