(January 8, 2022, 10:49 am)One day I woke up and I decided to treat myself to a pair or earrings. I was lucky enough to have Abraham as my sales guide. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns and I left very happy with my selection. A couple of weeks later, my pet cat knocked off an earring from my night stand and I stepped on it bending the earring. I told Abraham about it and he said " no worries bring them in and I will give you a replacement"!!! Since then, I have purchased a ring and a necklace and I am in love with my pieces. I can't wait to buy more of Kay's beautiful jewelry! Thank you Abraham for going above and beyond to take care of your customers 💕
