They really know a lot about diamonds here and will be incredibly honest with you- which we really appreciated! She is so sweet and was such a big help, and answered all of our questions. Brought in my own pearl and two diamonds from my mothers old ring and wanted them to be incorporated into a ring. I showed Mark a few designs I liked and let him take it from there. The result is stunning, the picture doesn’t capture the detail to this ring. Super easy to work with and a beautiful design.

I wanted a pretty standard and simple band and it was great to work with someone who had enough experience to be able to guide me with a few short questions to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to oversell. On top of that, my ring was ready less than 24 hours after I ordered it! While not always the case, Mark made it clear that they cast regularly.

My wife went a much more customized route by turning a piece of heirloom jewelry into her ring (or, rather, rings, since there was enough material for two) and while it of course took a little longer they came out beautifully. And she was able to handle it all over the phone without any pressure or hassle!
