I had wrecked my car, and I took it to one mechanic and they charged me $1,800 and still didn't fix the most important things. They fixed the problem. And I came out less expensive. Customer service is A-1. Now I feel safe and confident .

Mr Lang is honest and professional. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my vehicle. The quote was a third of what I was quoted at another chain store.

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The place needs renovation but I’m a regular customer for 5 years now. Honest and accurate repairs and less costly than other independent mechanics. The recommendations to keep good functioning parts like air filter or break pads after checks keep maintenance cost reasonably low. Highly recommended for good value on your money for a great car service. Bring your car early in the day as the shop tends to get busy after 9:30 am.

I think this is the best place to get your car fixed. It is not fancy but they are very honest and they do very good work. May take them a bit longer than the dealer but if they don't rip you off. I went to this place several times thinking that I have a major problem. They look at it and say, for example that it's just a fuse, not the air condition compressor. He changed the fuse and never charged me a penny. Another time the car would not start and I thought I would have to change the starter. Lang told me that the battery is a problem. I asked him if you would put a battery, he said if I put one I will have to put the one from the dealer so you'll be much better off going to AutoZone and get a battery from there. They have a very inexpensive body work and paint compared to others shops. They will ask you if you want it to be 100% or just want it to be functional because the car was old. This may be a bit embarrassing but one time I asked him to paint my car. He said if I were you I wouldn't do it. You're going to spend $1,000 and your transmission may go out on you the following week. They always give you whatever options that are available and let you choose the one that suits you best. Even if they don't make a lot of money on it. It's very hard to find a mechanic this trustworthy. I've been dealing with him for 15 years and was always satisfied with the service. The place does not look very attractive. If you want an attractive place, go to the dealer and follow their recommendation to change half of the car and get charged three times as much.

As a woman with little car knowledge, it can be very daunting to walk into a car shop. Many people try to take advantage of you. That is not the case here. Mr. Lang was extremely helpful and broke everything down for me so I could understand what was happening. He didn't try to take advantage of me and my situation but gave me honest advice about the repairs that needed to be done. This shop operates with integrity!
