The staff is always so friendly and professional. Melanie is literally the-dog-whisperer. All dogs love her her, and obey, which makes for beautiful grooms. Highly recommend.

My dog is super excited when we pull in the parking lot at Mel’s. He loves her and the attention he gets with her. Mel has told me when my dog had the very beginnings of an ear infection?!? We’d be lost without Melanie and Derek!

Apparently, Coco thinks the excellent bath gives her permission to spread out on the couch and bed... Great service!

Melanie is absolutely wonderful!!! We have a very elderly cocker spaniel and Melanie is so patient and kind--Gracie always has a great experience at the "spa". Thank you so much for all that you do for our fur baby and your gentleness with her. You're the best!!!

Mel has been doing my dogs for about 7 years now, not only do they love her; she loves them. They always look AND SMELL TERRIFIC when they get home. If I could rate her higher I would....SHE's the BEST!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
