Optimum Personal Care

Hello people of Texas: I was asked to provide my husband’s stay since last year with honest experience / opinions,  located at Optimum personal care 1110 Lake-view Dr, Sugar Land, Texas, 77498.  Optimum Personnel Care has two facilities. One in Missouri City, and One in Sugar Land.  I agreed as a good Samaritan. I believe it is my duty to spread the good word across, so people can come and see the place if needed.
My husband is disabled, who is a resident, at 1110 Lake-view drive, Sugar Land Texas, 77498 Optimum  Personal care( I will refer as: OPC) Sugar Land facility. After I spoke, I visited many places. I was not satisfied with either the care or the comfort or cleanliness, food, providing medication,  doctors, nurses, and AIDS. It has been a challenging endeavor. Before I found the Optimum Personnel Care facility.
It is just not only the dollar value, the satisfaction of trust, the confidence. The care that the OPC provides. OPC is compassionate, and is the best care facility, it doesn't match anywhere else. For the price or the quality of the Care, cleanliness, service, love, and support is the best that I have seen many times. I live three minutes away from OPC.  So, I visit everyday many times. I have seen the best care, food, cleanliness, support, and service across with all residents, who are all staying there. Regardless of any conditions, and who they are treated with respect and as above as this value is unmatched for the reasonable price.
This kind of facility I have not seen or heard of, for this reason from the bottom of my heart I thank the OPC  personnel / staff of Sugar Land. Personally, to Bobby English who manages, and takes the honest input from folks, and is willing to listen to any issues, any recommendation. At times, I have seen Bobby English helping the resident. I say that it's just not for my husband, I have seen across the community at OPC.
One day when I was going for a walk, I asked  if she knew a facility for a disabled person who I can fully trust for his care and comfort. The lady who lives close to my house, since thirty plus years. She explained about the OPC facility. Because her close friend’s family was a resident.  Then I went and spoke to the office, and visited the place. But I waited for some time. Again, my children went to OPC ,and visited  the facility and spoke for a while. Then I went and visited and spoke to the facility. It was not easy.
Then on I always tell folks how fortunate I am that I have a trusted place for my husband’s care and comfort.
I would like to add the appreciation note to OPC: recently my husband passed away. But I did not know how to handle the last days of critical care and situation. OPC helped me and my family to understand. Also quickly established the hospice care support during the last days, along with OPC support personnel. Regardless what time of the day, OPC supported and mobilized the required staff and helped relentlessly without any hesitation. Every day I am so thankful for the OPC Mr. Bobby the strategic planner and Julia G, admin office coordinator, operation manager Miss. Maria helped along the way. The Optimum personnel care is a GEM in our Sugar Land community, excellent care with great staff.

My father is a resident of Optimum Personal Care Sugar Land. This is a fantastic place! They provide excellent care to their residents. Julia is wonderful! She is not only knowledgable regarding how to care for geriatric clients, but is also very caring and compassionate. I feel as if I am not alone in caring for my father. They physical setting is also quite beautiful with large windows that allow plenty of sunlight and a large backyard and walking area. I highly recommend this facility!

We shopped for weeks to find a place for my mom and ended up placing her at a Brookdale facility. In less than 2 weeks we moved her to Optimum and she's been there ever since. That was 5 years ago. We couldn't be more pleased with the level of care she receives. Julia, the GM truly cares, and works hard to create the best living experience possible!

Optimum has been taking care of my sister and has done an outstanding job. Not only are the facilities super clean and constantly cared for, but the level of staffing and the attention of the staff for the residents are at a very high-level. We are greatly appreciative of all they do for my sister and us and would encourage anyone in need of these types of services to give them a look.

Optimum Personal Care is an amazing assisted living facility. The staff are professional, reliable and make our family feel that our grandmother is in excellent care. She has thrived while in their care and for this we are forever grateful. Mr. Bobby English, owner, has been exceptional throughout my grandmother's time within the facility. If you or your family are considering OPC, you have found a wonderful home for your loved one!
