This is a great store for your electrontics. I purchased a Apple desktop 4+ years from now and it works as if I purchased it from apple. I went yesterday to get a old laptop charger that NOBODY IN HOUSTON had & I left satisfied. Great Guy, I strongly recommend.

It was 1.5 hours from test drive to keys in my hand and out the door with my newly acquired Volkswagen Beetle. (And 30 minutes of that was the slowness of my insurance company over the phone - *eyeroll*).
This is the third vehicle I've bought from Carmax over the years. It is very easy to buy from them. The salesman was efficient and helpful. There is no guesswork on the price.
The only complaint I have is lack of adequate communication between the online folks and the phone folks. I had found the Beetle online at another Carmax location near Dallas. I filled out the necessary forms to have the car brought to this location for me to test drive. The online status showed 2 days to get the car here. A lady called me a few minutes later to verify what had been verified online. I thanked her and she said I would get a text message once the car was here and I could set an appointment for test drive. She was one of 3 people who called me over the next 3 hours. They all said the same thing. They all claimed to be the representative assigned to me. Very confusing. I didn't find out until I went to test drive that none of the online people mattered, the salesman at Carmax handled everything. Overall, not a huge deal. But if I'd never bought a car from Carmax before, this might've been a little off putting.
It worked out that I had been unable to get to Carmax until 1 hour before they closed. Not many people were there and it seemed like everything happened faster so they could lock up and go home.
It's been 6 months since I bought the car and I love it! (I added the car lashes and other fun accessories a few months after purchase).

The whole process was stress free.
Any concerns about a vehicle, they will show you the background of the vehicle, how many previous owners.
The thing that I liked was you have 30 days, and if for any reason can bring it back, I can have it checked, I can drive it for a while. Like I said stress free.

Lots of nice stuff and friendly staff. My weekend spot!

I’m not big on financing anything but the guy Dean helped me make the right decision by filtering my options and comparing them as well. He a great guy and I’d recommend anyone to request him. I wasn’t there for no longer than 2 1/2 hours. Money well spent.

I am a repeat customer and I have been a happy customer for years now, always good quality computers and other electronics at a fair price! I have purchased 6 computers and various other items over a three year period and have never had an issue. Victor really knows his stuff and has even repaired a couple PC's for me.

From the customer associate who called me to make sure I had all the things I would need before going into the dealer, all the way to getting a "CARMAX" appraisal, I can say I was pleased. I won't be making any purchases on a used car but the strength of the customer care alone made me want to reconsider, and that is saying a lot for a person who loathes going to a car dealership for anything.

I simply went in to get my car appraised, and I was able to get it done in well under 30 minutes.
