Starbucks

This location was always my go to coffee spot for those all nighters as it's close and relatively new (aka less lines lol). Staff has always been super sweet and quick with service. One recent encounter stood out to me: Came for a late night Starbucks run with some friends for some frappes and puppucinos for my new puppy fosters. The staff took our order but since it was very windy outside, they were unable to hear the last drink of the order and conclude the call. We just laughed it off cause we were having fun and it wasn't a big deal. Once we got to the window though, we were greeted by a super friendly worker super concerned they cut us off. We ensured them it was totally fine as the last person was unsure what they wanted. They reassured they were able to hear us, and want to compensate with a free drink. Shocked we said it was okay but they insisted. While the drinks were being made, they greeted all of us and had an amazing conversation with us filled with laughter. Definitely a great end to our night and will surely be back. ;)))

I had to leave a 5 star review for this location because I’ve been to 2 other locations and they don’t have any matcha powder at the moment :( I saw that there’s plenty of seating outside and spaces to park too!

This Starbucks is a nice addition to the area, and it is one of the nicest locations in the southern parts of Houston/Pearland area. The outdoor seating is very nice with optional styles between those who may want to study or work and those who want to enjoy a group meet-up. The inside is very spacious as well. Only disadvantage of this location is the limited power supply for those who may want to do some mobile work. There are no power outlets outside and only one inside. Also this location does not sell merchandise such as tumblers or bags of coffee.

On the plus side, over all the staff is pretty friendly. One or two may seem like transplants from your old independent shops where customer engagement is not enjoyed. The service is quick and they do their best to get your order correct. I usually stop in and enjoy a drink on Tuesdays when I am in the area.
