We were looking to get an outdoor bathroom for our pool area and were excited to find Leo to get the job done for us. We got several quotes from local contractors and we chose Leo because of the trust and great reviews from his previous clients. Unfortunately, the HOA would not allow our home any additional building to our backyard space so we could not go forward with our plans with Leo. Leo was so gracious, he returned our deposit in a timely manner and restored our faith that you can still find honest contractors. Should we ever need any kind of of future pool work, we will not hesitate to go with Leo again. Truly a good experience.

Mr. Leo Garcia and his Crew were OUTSTANDING. When the crew came to work, they were always very professional and courteous. The work was of quality and EXCELLENT craftmanship. When trying to figure out the design of my pool, Leo was very instrumental of putting my vision on paper. Every step of the pool process was explained to me. We were fortunate y to chose Texas Construccion Plus for our project, they delivered on what they promised quality-wise budget-wise. Leo is a great builder, who is also an experienced engineer, so he knows what he is doing. He is very honest and will tell you what are your options according to your budget and will provide advice on what is more convenient for your specific case. They worked on building our covered patio and outdoor kitchen during the pandemic, it took the a couple of months but it was worth it; they also accommodated some changes we wanted during construction. We are very happy with the work overall and very impressed with his work ethics. We definitely recommend them.
