I have never gone wrong purchasing something from The Dump. Years ago it was an entertainment center. Today it was a couch made by Rocky Mountain. My salesperson, Pharis, was super patient, as I sat on just about every couch in the showroom. He was easy to get in contact with after the sale. The delivery men were courteous, friendly, respectful, and quick! They placed my couch where I wanted it, unwrapped it, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.
5+ stars for the delivery team, for my salesperson Pharis, and for the quality of my couch. AND I didn’t have to wait weeks or months for it to be delivered! The electronic notification system is nice and keeps you updated on the day/time of the delivery. I understand I could have actually tracked the delivery on my phone. Next time I need furniture, The Dump definitely has my business.

Amazing showroom selection. Best to go in person; we bought and paid for a sectional online only to receive an email the next day stating they no longer had the piece. From this, the wife and I took a trip in person and found a sectional we liked even more and secured it that day. One of a kind piece in excellent condition. Phil, our furniture sales rep, was amazing! Extremely helpful, answered all our questions, and explained the amazing warranty that comes with your purchase(s) from The Dump. He even stayed after closing time so we could finish the transaction and set up delivery without having to come back.
