I cannot say enough good things about Trinity Pilates! Tuesday was my first time to try Pilates and also my first time to work out in way too long! I am perfectly sore today but not in pain. I have never enjoyed a class as much as I did this one. The studio is clean, cute and such a comfortable environment. Ashley is an amazing teacher and I was able to understand what to do easily without worrying the whole time if I was doing something wrong. I truly enjoyed the whole experience and felt so at ease even though I was totally out of my element! If I could I would go everyday... can't wait to get on the schedule for next week!
Let me just start by saying I love working out here! I have been doing reformer pilates here for over 2 years and I am hooked! Ashley works with all skill levels and is able to make accommodations for those who have previous injuries from other types of workouts. They also offer Barre and surfset which are such fun workouts!
