Looking for the perfect online/in-person trainer? Amanda, is your girl! I’ve been training with her for three months and it has been life changing. Amanda takes a personal interest in your health and well being - her work out sessions are both fun and intense. Her yoga classes are amazing - my sciatic pain and shoulder pain have lowered considerably, and there’s significant improvement in my stamina! I love working out with Amanda!

Amanda is amazing... she brings positive energy and her amazing go getter attitude to every session. She does an amazing job of mixing exercises making every session different and fun. Her knowledge about the muscle groups and body mechanics has helped me in multiple ocassions to ensure that I dont hurt myself or over stress a muscle.

I have been working out with her for almost 2 years now... i am in my best shape till date and the credit goes to her. She is always all in for your goals... you have no choice but to give your best !!!

As a working professional who travels for work on short notice... a mom of two elementary school kids.. i couldnt have manages to keep working out if not for Amanda's willingness to work around my schedule.
