Decided to try yoga at the suggestion of my doc to help with the anxiety that comes with grief; my husband passed a few months ago. I walked into my first class with anxiety at an 8 and walked out about a 2. I've been going for 2 weeks now and am grateful for the wonderful compassionate instructors as well as the emotional support. I have no balance, coordination or anything else you may think you need for yoga, but they are great at modifying where needed and helping you get the pose!! Love this place!!
