(April 24, 2023, 4:12 pm)I just joined and the experience has been amazing. The instructors are amazing, they push you just past your comfort zone to see great results. The best and most unique quality that Transfrom Fitness Studio offers that no other gym offers, is the ability to work on and grow closer to our Lord and Savior. It is a complete mind, body and soul workout. I cannot express the wholeness and satisfaction I feel after each workout.

(March 5, 2023, 8:36 am)I took the Soul Stretching morning class. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Loved that it was not too extravagant which made it feel more casual and comfortable for everyone. Loved the scriptures in an envelope on the wall🙌 Stretching Instructor gave us an option on if there was an area of the body that we wanted to focus on stretching more which I thought was very thoughtful and beneficial to the customer since she is serving us for our needs. Thank you so much guys!

(February 27, 2023, 1:43 pm)Transform Fitness is an amazing new facility servicing your physical and spiritual needs. Lacy starts off the session with a prayer and then Christian music is played throughout the workout. You are also able to leave a prayer request in a jar for her to pray over later. Lacy is serving the “Kingdom of God” and you will be touched by his presence in her classes. 🙏🏻🕊👑❤️
