The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the members truly make me feel like family. Both the fitness and community aspect of BridgeLakes have exceeded my expectations!

(November 7, 2022, 1:54 pm)BL CrossFit is an excellent box and community. The daily workouts focus on mobility, strength and endurance. The box is very large and spacious. They have several experienced coaches, including the owner. Glad to be back at CrossFit!

(September 10, 2022, 2:27 pm)This gym has it all! Very experienced coaching staff, huge layout, tons of equipment, and lots of class options. Atmosphere makes it easy to have fun while you put your work in. The coaches make this place what it is and they know how to modify workouts for every level.

Even if you’re not comfortable with all the movements they do an excellent job with helping you modify. Glad I decided to join!

BLCF challenges you as a person/athlete and makes you emotionally & mentally tough! I highly recommend trying out this community as they have some of the most encouraging and engaging coaches I’ve had. Coach Martin and Stephen are excellent with the evening classes! Try it out; it won’t disappoint!
