    Premire Pilates is the best!!
    Rosa and Evette are very knowledgeable and always challenge me to push just a little bit more. It’s a fun way to exercise!

    I go to Premier Pilates three times per week. I look forward to class with Rosa because of her patience, humor and expertise. I have greater flexibility, muscle tone and I feel stronger. I LOVE Premier Pilates!!

    I love Premier. The owners are sweet & helpful. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. I’ve seen changes in my body and strength in two months of attending their classes. Top tier!

    The best pilates studio. The instructors Rosa and Evette are the best. They not only focus on main but also work on your core and they know each individuals level. They motivate and the class is more like family now

    Working out at Premier Pilates is an awesome experience. The instructors, Rosa and Evette, give detailed instructions to help you get the maximum spit of your workout. They are so knowledgeable as to tweak the workout to meet your physical needs. As you workout they constantly observe everyone and coach the moves to make sure they are done properly. Benefits as to why the exercise is done are explained. You are not a number to them , you are treated as family. I highly recommend visiting and joining Premier Pilates.
