F45 Training Bridgeland

Best gym experience I’ve ever had! The trainers are so motivating and encouraging. They really coach proper technique. The environment is not intimidating like some gyms can be. I look forward to working out now. Once class starts, the 45 minutes seems to fly by!

F45 Bridgeland is amazing! Go do the 3-day trial, and you’ll be hooked just like me. You’ll be satisfied with the results, I promise. If you are looking for a quick way to get in, get your workout done, and have more time for what matters, this place is for you!

My husband and I both workout together at this location and we love it! We burn around 500-1000 calories in the 45 min classes, more on Saturday, and that fits in our fast-paced lifestyle.

They have several locations now in the Houston area too, so we are looking forward to visiting those as well. The trainers at Bridgeland care and there’s a family vibe that you don’t always see at the bigger gyms. #fitfam 🫶🏻💪🏻

The coaches are great! They are very aware of how to push all fitness levels. My wife and I go 5 days a week and bring our kids along. It’s a great family friendly place to workout!

I joined f45 about 7 wks ago or so…and it’s the best gym decision I have ever made. I dreaded going to my old gym and boot camps that I have been apart of..but, here I look forward to going every time! All of the coaches are great! They are encouraging and push you to keep going. The gym itself is very clean, including the restrooms! One of the restrooms does have shower as well. I went to f45 just hoping to feel better inside and out and to workout with my sister but I wasn’t expecting it to become a place I would quickly become addicted to! Cardio days are tough for me, strength days are my favorite! But I do love it all and I couldn’t picture being at any other gym/boot camp. If you’ve been thinking about trying F45, do it! But be ready to sign up because you will love your first class! That’s what I did…I signed up the first day of my free trial. 😂💪🏻

I did the trial and joined the same day! I am loving how fast paced and upbeat this gym is. Everyone is so friendly and motivates me to push myself further than I have ever before. This is my first time joining a gym! With the workouts changing every day it makes it fun and when I get to class the 45 minutes goes by so fast! Never knew working out could be so fun!
