Twice we have used them through our home warranty company. They went above and beyond to fix broken bath tub faucets. The second time was to unclog a/c drain lines backing out sinks up. They did more than required and showed be how to do it myself next time.
My review is based on 10 years of experience with this company, not just one interaction. Westpoint Plumbing was first sent to my home by my warranty company, and over the years I have come to trust Reid and his guys to give me an honest assessment and a fair price, and I now call them when something isn't covered under my warranty, for jobs both big and small. There have been a few instances where they forgot about a follow up visit until I called and reminded them, but their courtesy and honesty totally makes up for that, in my opinion, and they show up when they say they will, and are friendly and professional. A few times they've actually demonstrated how I could fix a problem myself the next time it happened. It's always a bummer when something isn't up to code and therefore isn't covered, but they've never failed to be up front about that with me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
