The customer service at this store is amazing! They have plenty of storage solutions for your kitchen, office, laundry room, closet, garage and more!

The Container Store is a guilty pleasure for me. I like my small storage spaces to be organized. No other store in town offers such a wide selection of options. I always find something the right size that even looks nice.

OMG!! Doug is freaking awesome!! A very helpful spirit!! This is the type of customer service experience one expects when they are spending there hard earned money!! THANK YOU DOUG!!! I’ll definitely be back to this location only!!!! Christi (management) was also helpful in solution finding for my problem. The store was closing (which I did on purpose) but they handled themselves very well.

I was there this time yesterday and the customer service by Tracy, Diana, and the other ladies in the fitting rooms were the absolute best. They were ready to help with zippers, finding something new, etc.

They helped and represented how clothing buying used to be/should be. I can’t say enough kind words about them. I can’t remember the last time I felt attended when shopping. Not pushy at all, just really helpful in trying to assist me in my purchase. They were so kind to my husband who also was looking for things for me to try on. I will definitely be back.

We had an Avera closet from The Container Store installed and absolutely love it. I had been hesitant about doing this for a number of years, but finally pulled the trigger after discussing with Charlotte at the Champions location. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Charlotte came to our house to see the closet in person (virtual visit was also an option), truly got to know us, our space, and our priorities… and designed an INCREDIBLE closet for us. Great combination of functionality, aesthetic (gorgeous), and cost. Charlotte worked with us diligently through the whole process, and then the installer Evan did an impeccable job with the actual install.. attention to detail throughout, with a great work ethic.

All in all, we are thrilled with our closet. And the people made all the difference. Thank you Charotte and Evan for your hard work and caring attitude. We would not have done this without you!

Although the selection is very, very limited at this location the customer service is just excellent. I needed a new dress for a formal business conference and the sales counselor was very helpful putting an ensemble for me since I have been working from home and out of sync with formal business attire since covid culture set in. She picked out the best dress and jewelry accessories for me and I felt so confident in my conference that I nailed my presentation!! Thank you Katy WHBM sales counselor s!!

I absolutely LOVE the ladies here!

We recently had a local event in Katy and we needed to have 15 women dressed. They were able to find the perfect outfit for each of us and did it with grace!

I cannot wait to shop more with these ladies.
