    Great customer service!! They will will go over and beyond for their customers!! In my case it was way over and beyond
    Haven’t been to an auto place with this type of
    Service in a long time!
    Very out going people made me feel like they cared about the customer as much as making the sell! Will definitely encourage my friends and family if they are in need of a vehicle to come to BIG MACS!! Love my car!!

    Great experience at Big Mac's. Everyone was super nice, and I think I got a fair deal. None of the hassles of the big dealerships.

    Lee and Mike were friendly and accommodating as I drove 4 hours to their location to look at the vehicle. After the test drive, they listened to my feedback and were open to working with me. Ultimately, I did not purchase the vehicle as it did not have some specific features I was looking for. But would entertain Big Mac's again.
