Honestly I’m horrible at doing reviews one because I’m not computer savvy and because I’m very tough on people.I met Gad and Mus when shopping for a car for my kids. I didn’t really like the car that I saw but I saw another car sitting out front but they had just gotten it was a mini Cooper. I have never really wanted a mini never even thought of getting a mini. We didn’t know anything about mini coopers I saw it I thought it was really cute. Then I saw that it was a manual stick shift and I wanted to take it for a test drive. They told me I could I didn’t even know how much the car was, but I didn’t think I could afford it. I came back and they told me how much it was. I was very surprised on the price, but I really liked the car. I asked if I could take it to my mechanic that was far away and they told me that was fine. I took it in, my mechanic told me I had work it needed. At this point, I had fallen in love with the car I drove back to the dealership with a heavy heart and disappointment. Since I knew I couldn’t afford the car with the extra things that needed to be done. I spoke to Mus about the things that needed to be fixed. he told me not to worry and looked at my list of things, and to my surprise said that he could fix most of the things. Everything in the car was fixed and called me in less than a week to tell me it was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and drove it for the first time as MY CAR . I drove it for the first time at night and to my surprise, all the ambient lighting, and all the extras in the car made me fall. Even deeper in love with this car they made the dream I didn’t know I had come true thank you I recommend this place to everybody. They are a family owned dealership and are super sweet and honest.

AMAZING, EXCELLENT! Mustaf - I definitely send donuts to him and his team. My stress , struggle , depression was easy by this place. Finally I got excellent 2017 infiniti qx60 at very good price unbeatable entire houston. I doubt any other place can offer as well. Very good condition and purchased warranty with them. Low miles, newer model. Beyond this management was friendly, care their customers. Excellency in customer care and service. I encourage management keep doing same. I also put a request to find for my high schooler good car and encourage my colleagues and friends at work to visit this place for future car needs. Their website gives detail view of cars, I did not struggle asking information. Every thing transparent. Buying was quick and easy. They let me do test drive and finalize deal with no pressure. I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester from Encore Motor Group in September 2022. Gad was exceedingly professional and patient with me (I know nothing about cars). He let me test drive it twice (across two days) and let me wait in the dealership for a few hours so a car guy friend could come by and do an inspection (and test drive) for me. On the day I decided to buy, Encore let me take it for a last minute pre-purchase inspection at the Subaru dealership down the road. Neither my car guy friend nor the Subaru dealership found anything wrong with the vehicle -- they both said it was in great condition, just as Encore claimed. In fact, when I got to the Subaru dealership, the employee who checked me in said, "Are you buying from that Encore place? Oh, you're gonna get a good deal -- those guys are awesome, I bought an Audi from them." And my car guy friend was so impressed with Gad's car knowledge that he tried to get Gad's help in finding a used BMW M3 at auction. I share those two anecdotes to highlight the reputation these folks have and how they earned it.

As far as the purchase experience, there were no hard sales tactics (e.g., if you buy it today/finance it, I'll give you $X off), no weird fees, no unwanted "add-ons" tacked on at the end, no hard push for a warranty, and the vehicle was in great condition.

With respect to price, Encore's were lower than those at CarMax and higher than dealing with an individual on Facebook marketplace, just as you might expect. So you won't be bragging to your friends about your steal of a deal, but you definitely won't be ripped off or tricked into buying a piece of junk either. I'd say Encore's transparency, integrity, and expertise is what really makes them stand out. At a time when buying a car (especially a used one) can be a total mess, Encore keeps it simple, direct, and honest.

For what it's worth, I'm talking with my parents about helping them buy another car and, if I can find a suitable car at Encore, it's absolutely where I plan to buy.

Gad was extremely helpful with finding a vehicle that was just right for me. Didn’t even have to think twice about it. The whole business was extremely kind and passionate about their customers and what they do. This definitely was the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve had.

This place is awesome! We bought a 2010 Toyota Camry for a great price. No BS with this place- the owner is kind and honest. You won’t be ripped off. HIGHLY recommend! Will be buying from here again.
