He was friendly, nice, and efficient in making sure I was in the appropriate vehicle and off to enjoy the rental. The vehicle was wonderful throughout travel and the customer service was superb. Hands down great service from Kevin and the rest of the enterprise crew.

(January 23, 2023, 8:01 am)Welcoming team... cheerful, friendly, with a great sense of humor as a group. Donald Morgan is a trainee of 6 months, yet was a consummate professional, thorough in his approach, and extremely efficient. It's been nearly a week, yet I clearly remember his name... that's an impression. The only shortcomings... seems whenever I rent from Enterprise, the rental doesn't have a full tank, so I must stop sooner than expected to fill up... then, forfeit whatever abundance of fuel is left to meet the original amount. Fuel is expensive. Secondly, I never received the receipt in my email, which was promised. So I must make a point to follow up to request it. Other than that, the experience was great... again, Mr. Morgan is a game-changer.

(December 2, 2022, 7:34 am)My experiences with Enterprise Rent-A-Car have been very satisfactory and happy. My most recent rental started on Oct. 31 this year at Katy Fry Mason Road. Donald Morgan at branch helped me. He was very nice and helpful. He was also very thorough and warmhearted. I was very impressed. Everything went smoothly. I got a nice rental SUV. Then, I returned the rental SUV on Nov. 29. That branch offered me great convenience. I only need to drop the rental SUV at the body shop. They went there and pick up the SUV quickly and sent me the closed rental document the same day. I was very happy with their efficiency. Shortly after that, Donald Morgan also sent me a letter to follow up, which impressed me. Thanks to Enterprise Rent-A-Car Katy Fry Mason Road and Donald Morgan.
