Banks champion Location to resolve the matter.. There I met Tammy Thompson who heard my cry and concerns… She dove on the phone and problem solved the mishap and granted me an awesome solution.. I followed her lead and i left out feeling accomplished as ever… At 46 years old i never seen customer service at that level…..My jaw was dropped that customer service could be that great.. Thanks a million.. I will come and spend money for the first time in my life and going forward because of her. Thank you.

On this visit—Saturday, January 21st—we, again, were not disappointed. Tammy T. immediately greeted us and helped my husband with alterations measurements, choosing a new jacket, a couple of shirts, and a pocket handkerchief. Bonus: With their great sale, we also bought socks and an umbrella.
Great store location in the Champion Forest area right next to Sur La Table and Lupe Tortilla! Go see Tammy!
