I was in a crash and totaled my vehicle. I needed to get a new EZ Tag and was not looking forward to dealing with this issue. Jasmine made it very simple and was very kind and professional walking me through all of the steps. I even had past tolls I did not know about. My card expired and is was a nightmare getting that situated with all the different toll tags (Fort Bend, Texas and EZ Tag). Thankfully today was much smoother than expected. I can even use the toll roads while waiting for my tag. Thank you!

I visited this EZ TAG store this afternoon because I didn't realize the credit card on my account had expired. Ms Dianne Nesbitt assisted me with updating the new credit card info, paying the balance, and issuing a new tag for an additional vehicle for me. I'm a business owner. I understand industries that require great customer service to be successful, and she exceeded my expectation in every way. I want to congratulate the responsible person at this store for being able to find and keep somebody like Dianne to make that store a great place to visit for customers.

Great customer service...I went to obtain a new tag for my vehicle without an appointment and everything was a success Walk in is accepted and face mask and temp check is required....

My visit was quite awesome. Quick n easy, try going early to avoid crowds. Great staff nd customer service.
