I've had my home and autos insured by Gulledge Insurance for 8 years now and am very pleased with the rates and service. I was on vacation during Christmas and on Christmas Day my wife's friend called her to tell her that water was coming out from under the garage and front doors. An upstairs toilet tank had cracked and water drained out causing a huge flood. I immediately called Loren Gulledge, explained what happened, and he immediately drove to my house and shut the water off. He recommended that i also call a water remediation company who also came out on Christmas Day to pump water out. The claims process was easy and everyone was really nice. Not what I was mentally preparing myself for! I highly recommend him for your insurance needs.

Really like having Loren as our insurance broker. He has always been willing to pick up the phone even on weekends. Even was available to fax information to prove policy information when we were standing at a rental car desk in Las Vegas on a weekend. Have not had to make a claim in the many years we have been with him but he has always kept our policy pricing low with good quality coverage (and I review pricing every year with him). Would have given five stars but just do not do that as a matter of principle but wish I could have given 4.5 stars.
