Caliber Collision

This location of Caliber Collision is very informative. Any questions you have they have the answer, if not they get back with you in less than an hour to answer any questions you have. My car was ready when they said it would be ready! I loved my first experience with Caliber Collision 10/10 recommend them for any work needed to be done to your vehicle! Alex also did a great job in making sure everything was communicated to me in a timely matter especially with my cars update’s throughout the process!

The best customer service around. I thought about sending to an Audi dealership for repairs but I have no regrets. Not even one letter. 🤣 but really I felt confident that the repairs would be top notch when dealing with everyone up front. Thank you for that sense of security.

I had my van worked at this location in Katy, and it was a stress free and pleasant experience. Not only did they do a great job, but the entire process was easy, and that was important to me. We dropped off our rental at Caliper and picked up our vehicle which was easy. Customer service was great, and the Manager, was super responsive, and kept us informed all through the process. I would definitely recommend Caliber to other people, not just because of their work, but also for their polite, and friendly customer service.

Alex was amazing at getting our estimate and helping us through the whole process while keeping us notified on the work done. They took a little longer than expected in fixing our car but Caliber did an amazing job. Highly recommend these folks for body work.
