The coaching was fantastic and the day was a ton of fun. We learned a lot of skills indoors, got a good workout in, and then got the opportunity to put our skills into practice outdoors in a park.
Overall it was fantastic. -

He provided clear step by step instructions, was very patient and provided useful tips to correct issues. The course is well paced. These skills will benefit everyday movements and it has also helped me with strength training.

(March 7, 2022, 9:53 pm)I recently attended the 1 Day Elements Workshop. This was my first MovNat event and found it to be just the right level to learn the basics and get to try out the movements. Alex and Scott were great hosts and the workshop program is laid out to start with the basics of different movements then progressively builds them up to more complex sequences. At the end there was even some time for a fun practice outside at a park! I was definitelly feeling it by the next day but overall it was a great experience. There are a lot of movement techniques for me to practice and improve on, but I look forward to attending another workshop in the future.
