One World LED USA

Highly recommend One World LED USA! Mike truly went out of his way to help us from the start to the end! Although One World is a large company they have small home town mentality with the large company connections. We are a new small, locally owned business and couldn't be happier with our sign and service.

We work with One World LED - their products are amazing and their customer service is superb. Rachael and Mike both have strong LED technical expertise.

Its been great working with them. Our digital sign is the highest quality they offered at the time and its 4x10 ft. It's been great for us. I have enjoying working with Mike Rath. He is the best support guy they got and he's been a joy to work with if I have any issues. The online management software has come a long way since we started using it 2 years ago. It's pretty easy to use and straight forward. They do have an offline workaround if it ever comes to that and Mike was able to walk me through that. The Zotac they use was a bit of a learning curve, but made more sense after speaking with Mike. Do not have it unplugged for a while or you will be very frustrated. The Zotac has a small battery that dies quickly and if that happens the saved BIOS settings will erase and the Zotac will boot up in windows and not linux. If it does this, it will default to the offline workaround where you manually add images to the sign from a computer program.

We have one EMC (electronic message center) outside of our facility on the main highway where we are located. We also installed three TV’s with programmed thin clients— two at each employee timeclock and one TV in our cafeteria. This is such a cost effective way to provide messages to our community and employees. These all utilize a software that is super easy to use. We can schedule messages and change them as frequently as we need. The customer service from One World is also out of this world— quick, knowledgeable, and professional!

My family's business recently purchased a One World LED outdoor digital display. From the time that it was first turned on, the neighboring business' have complimented how well the sign looked and the messages that they saw. We are playing everything from static lines to MP4 videos showcasing some of our work.
