We had a great experience. While looking at flooring, associate, Evan, was a huge help! He took the time to show us several types of flooring, along with underlayment types. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. He definitely made it easier for us to make a decision. This gentleman understands customer service! 👏

High Five to Lowes in Missouri City. First, the store was very clean, and the staff were all helpful and friendly. Kudos to The return cashier, lawn and garden and self checkout cashiers. Also, I have to say; I was surprise when and older female clerk offered to help me find a bathroom faucet I needed. I usually shop at Home Depot were you often have to look for some to help you. Thank you Lowes for making me feel valued as a customer. I definitely will be back.

The site map to store map seriously needs some updating and correcting.
Good luck ever finding anything in the loose plumbing parts aisle.
Otherwise, I love this place. Curb side attendees are always super friendly. It's open late, with pickup options that run all the way through the end of business hours. The staff does a great job of calling with changes or issues for ship to store orders. And I love that they have veterans parking spots deisgnated at this location.

The best home improvement store. The workers are very helpful and always asking if you need help and everyone seems to care about their job. I will always come to this location for all my home improvement needs. Store is well kept and clean. Please keep up the good work whoever the store manager is.
