Quality of the furniture is superior to other local name brand stores. Our salesman was very helpful...but most importantly, he understood what we were looking for, what we needed to do, and left us alone. Gave us his cell number so we could text him or send him a picture. He did not hoover over us which we greatly appreciated. Because we found a chair we really liked, and our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, we will not only go back to Star Furniture, but we will make sure to use Rick Martinez again.

Went to 5 different furniture places late June early July. We had a good experience at all of them but the table at Star Furniture is what we had our eye on. Had great customer service from both Hiba and Rick. Really appreciated all of the help they provided both pre and post purchase. We had an incorrect color delivered on our table, but they have been very communicative and having the replacement correct color sent out. Really great customer service and the delivery guys were very courteous. Called ahead of time to let us know their window, and were quick and efficient with the drop off.
