(May 4, 2023, 7:07 pm)It was my first time at this location to service my MX for an interior gap paneling issue. The whole process was seamless as this location allows you to drive right into their service center where they had 3 queues neatly organized to intake cars. Martel, my service advisor was very friendly and greeted me right away. He went on to place a timer on my car because they want to keep track of how long they take (wow!). He assured me that the whole process wouldn't take long at all and proceeded to give me the WiFi password so I could continue on with my work. I was walked into their clean and organized waiting area where there was plenty of comfortable seating and areas for people to do work. Overall I am super impressed with this location since I've been to several at this point but none has impressed me as much as this one. They were timely, the facilities were immaculate, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. I was in and out in less than 45 mins after dropping my car off. Shoutout to Cassie Wilson for running a tight ship! Keep up the great work guys. I believe I say this for all of SW Houston but we've been longing for your arrival. Welcome to the neighborhood!
