True Craft Market & Catering

What a lucky find! We were hungry for lunch, driving with our 2 dogs along I-10 on our way to New Orleans and noticed the great reviews for this place. Quickly ordered online, food was ready early when we pulled up, and we ate a habanero burger, club sandwich and fries in the car. Everything was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly. Bathroom clean. ;) Hope to be driving through Houston again some day so we can go back.

Outstanding Burger and Fries. I knew I was ordering a wagu burger so I expected it to be great but the fries were as well. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of salt and pepper.

Stopped in here after getting a haircut next door. Have passed by there many times but had not ever eaten there. Had the burger and fries and the fries may have been the best I have ever had with the seasoning. The burger was great smelling and tasting like it had just come off the grill in the backyard. I would highly recommend you stop and try this place. You can also buy meats there as well. The owner lives in the neighborhood, so it’s great to support a locally owned business.

Met our daughters and two grandchildren for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The owner is extremely friendly and will spend time visiting if you’d like. The cafe is small but nice. We really enjoyed it. I bought a fresh Ribeye to take home, which we cooked the next day. The steak was outstanding and very tender.

I went in to true Craft Market today just browsing and looking to see what they had.I did pick up some egg salad because I really like egg salad for breakfast and sometime for lunch. I did pick that up. The customer service was okay.I really wasn't all that greeted when I went in but it was okay. I did look at the ingredients of the egg salad and I felt like they probably could put more into the egg salad I think it's missing some parsley and maybe some onion and just some things like that cuz it's kind of plain as I tasted it it is plain and I did try to make that suggestion but the person at the register was not really giving me any feedback about it he said it was good but it's okay it's not all that it's okay.
However I did see that they have other items as far as spinach enchiladas and different vegetarian options so maybe I'll go back in and give them another try after today
So Ill be going back it was also stated that they cater and that they make prepared lunches as well so if you are interested in that type of thing you might look into them as an option to do that
