Excellent!! Sam provided a quote that was far more reasonable than others. He is a professional and ensured that the final product would be perfection. Both he and Mary are great reflections of superb customer service. I couldn't be more pleased with the elegant look of my window seat cushion. I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to use him again soon.

Elegant Upholstery did two jobs for me. Mary made a window seat cushion with bolsters also recovered two chairs. The work is beautiful and very professionally finished. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your upholstery needs!

This review has been long due. I’d like to show my appreciation to the owners for doing such a superb job on making booth slipcovers for my restaurant needs. Mary is an excellent and hardworking upholsterer who has many years of experience and Sam handles customer’s requests/orders and finalizes transactions. They are such a great team! They even offered me a discount for my bulk order & got it done in a timely manner. As it was my first time re-upholstering anything, Sam & Mary went out of their way to carefully explain to me how to upholster. They took me to the back workplace to show me all the equipment and tools I would need to get the work done and gave me tips on how to make the work simple & easy.

Thanks Sam & Mary! I will be back soon to get more slipcovers. Keep up the good work!

Sam and Mary did an amazing job reupholstering my two armchairs. They went above and beyond to make sure that the chairs were done to perfection. I was completely satisfied. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.
